After you place your order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched.

Payment Methods

Payment can be accepted by most general credit cards through our secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard. Our online payments make use of PayPal services as our credit card gateway, but there is no need to have a PayPal account to make payments at our store. Please note that your credit card details will not be stored, and you can feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.

All items are delivered via SingPost and are under Registered Article Service.

Registered Article service
• An additional fee of SGD $2.24 (incl GST) will be applicable for Singapore orders and an additional fee SGD $2.20 for International orders.
• The service provides a means to ensure delivery of the parcel to the addressee, as the addressee has to acknowledge receipt of the registered article.
• A registered article will be allocated with a Registered Article (RA) Number to verify and track the status of your parcel.
• In the event no one is around to acknowledge the receipt, a collection slip will be given to you to collect your parcel at the indicated SingPost Branch. For International customers, please check with your local Postal Administration with regards to the collection.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and destination, it is automatically added when validating your shopping cart, and included in the total price to pay for your order.

Shipping can be tracked with a Registered Article (RA) Number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

The amount billed to your credit card during check-out, include the selling price of purchased items and shipping charges. It does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local authorities/government. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import or customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information. In the event, where you refuse to pay for these charges and lead to items cannot be delivered and may be destroyed, we will not be liable.



Returns

We will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The items must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.

Items sold for a discount of 30% off or greater are considered “as is” and are not eligible for return.

To send back goods, please send a return request to info@fleshmachine.com.sg with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. You will then be issued with an return invoice, which must be included with the returned item. Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping costs. Flesh Machine will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.
